What is ‘equality and diversity’ about?

TTB uses a definition of ‘equality’ that focuses on respect for everyone, no matter who they are. This involves being fair, open, non-discriminatory and as inclusive as possible. ​

Diversity is more about respecting and valuing the differences amongst people, whether on the basis of gender, ethnicity, disability, sexuality or any other factor. TTB works hard to ensure that our culture and all of its practices demonstrate an active commitment to equality and diversity.
