Joining Our Organization

A)  INDUCTION 

At the start of your employment with our Company you are required to complete an induction programme, during which all our policies and procedures (including Health and Safety which are on Level 1 under policies and procedures) will be explained to you. Information relating to these will be given to you at the induction. 

B) JOB DESCRIPTION 

Amendments may be made to your job description from time to time in relation to our changing needs and your own ability. 

C) PERFORMANCE AND REVIEW 

Our policy is to monitor your work performance on a continuous basis so that we can maximise your strengths, and help you overcome any possible weaknesses. 

D) JOB FLEXIBILITY 

It is an express condition of employment that you are prepared, whenever necessary, to transfer to alternative departments or duties within our business. During holiday periods, etc. it may be necessary for you to take over some duties normally performed by colleagues. This flexibility is essential for operational efficiency as the type and volume of work is always subject to change. 

E) MOBILITY 

It is a condition of your employment that you are prepared, whenever applicable, to travel to any other of our sites and our learner’s sites on a temporary basis. This mobility is essential to the smooth running of our business. 

F) DISCLOSURE AND BARRING CERTIFICATE(S)  

Dependant on your role, your initial employment is conditional upon the provision of a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Certificate of a level appropriate to your post. You may be required to undertake subsequent criminal record checks from time to time during your employment as deemed appropriate by the Company. In the event that such certificate(s) are not supplied your employment with us will be terminated.

G) CONVICTIONS AND OFFENCES 

During your employment, you are required to immediately report to the Company any convictions or offences with which you are charged, including traffic offences. Data collected about criminal convictions will be processed in line with the Data Protection Act. H) JOB PLANS 

You must submit your job plan for the week ahead and report on current weeks activities by 2.00 pm. on a Friday or earlier.
